Using natural language, AI automatically generates complete multi-step workflows with intelligent node selection, automatic wiring, and prompts auto-filled based on your intent. The platform supports generating images, videos, music, and digital humans — covering the complete multimedia production pipeline from copywriting to final output. Users can also manually edit nodes, adjust connections, and fine-tune parameters in the visual canvas.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to generate, attempt to generate, or distribute content that:

Violates any applicable laws or regulations
Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or obscene
Infringes on the intellectual property or other rights of third parties
Contains explicit or inappropriate content
Is intended to promote or facilitate illegal activities
Could cause harm or damage to individuals or property

We reserve the right to refuse service to any user who violates these guidelines.

Subscription & Billing

VoooAI offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Annual plans provide the full year's credits upfront in a single grant — not distributed monthly — giving you immediate access to your entire annual quota.

Monthly plans: Credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle.
Annual plans: All 12 months of credits are granted immediately upon purchase.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Service continues until the end of the current billing period.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We will send a reminder email 3 days before renewal.

Credits & Expiration

Monthly credits: Expire at the end of each billing cycle if unused.
Annual credits: Valid for the full 12-month subscription period.
Extra Credits: When you cancel a subscription, any remaining credits are converted to Extra Credits. Extra Credits have a validity period; the expiry date applicable to your Extra Credits is displayed in your account panel and is governed by the credit-validity rules stated in our latest on-site notice. We may adjust those rules and will publish the current rules on this site.
Failed-task refunds: See §Failed-Task Refund below.

Failed-Task Refund

If a generation task fails due to engine errors, timeouts, or platform issues, 100% of the consumed credits are automatically refunded to your account. No manual request is needed.

Refunded credits are returned as Extra Credits and follow the Extra Credits validity rules described above.

Refund Policy

VoooAI does not offer refunds for subscription payments. All sales are final.

However, you retain full control over your subscription:

You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the current billing period.
Upon cancellation, remaining credits are converted to Extra Credits, which have a validity period as described in Credits & Expiration above.
Failed tasks are automatically refunded (see §Failed-Task Refund).

For payment disputes (duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions), contact support@voooai.com within 30 days and we will investigate with our payment processor.

Service Termination & Data Export

If VoooAI ceases operations or discontinues the Service:

We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email and site announcement.
During the notice period, you may export all your data: workflow JSON files, generated media (MP4/images/audio), prompts, and character settings.
Export formats: JSON (workflows/prompts), MP4/WebP/PNG (media), SRT (subtitles), CSV (metadata).
Unused Extra Credits remain usable until the Service shutdown date.

Training Data Policy

VoooAI does not use your prompts, uploaded images, character cards, storyboards, or generated content to train any foundation models or routing models.

Your content is transmitted to third-party AI engines (e.g. Seedance, Kling, GPT Image, Suno, OmniHuman) solely to fulfil your generation request. Retention by those providers is governed by their own terms.

We may use anonymized, aggregated usage statistics (non-content) to improve service quality and performance.

Price Change Notice

If we increase subscription prices or credit costs:

Existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current price for the remainder of their billing period.
We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email before any price increase takes effect.
Annual subscribers who paid upfront are not affected until their next renewal.

Data Retention Schedule

Free users: Generated content is retained for 7 days after creation, then automatically deleted.
Paid subscribers: Content in your Asset Library is retained permanently for as long as your account is active.
Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleting your account removes all associated data within 30 days.
Backups: Encrypted backups are rotated on a 90-day schedule; residual copies age out automatically.

Commercial License

Paid plans: You receive a commercial license for all content you generate. You may use it in monetized videos, ads, client work, and products.
Free tier: Content is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only.
Ownership: You retain ownership of content you generate for your own use.
Upstream models: Each AI engine has its own commercial terms. We display the applicable license at the export step so you always know what you're allowed to publish.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
